How much do you charge for quotations?

Absolutely nothing! We provide FREE quotations, fully specified with no obligation to you.

What if you can’t resolve my complaint?

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event of a complaint arising and you wish to refer the complaint to them please contact 0333 241 3209 or via their website

How do you price large jobs?

We arrange to come to your premises to carry out a site survey and talk things through with you, and we won’t charge you for this.

When will you arrive to start work?

After we’ve spoken to you and you are happy to go ahead, we arrange a time that’s convenient for you.  This means we won’t keep you waiting all morning or evening like some other companies.

How do we get the keys to you?

In most cases you will be there when the service is provided. But we can pick keys up from a keyholder on your behalf for quotes or in the evenings at your home – just let us know when you call us.

Can I have a discount if I have more than one service from you?

For larger projects we’re happy to issue you with a FREE no obligation quote, and we always take into account how much work you’re having done when compiling your quote.

Are you insured?

Yes – for your peace of mind all our work is insured.

Are you expensive?

We don’t think so, no! Our pricing model is open and honest and we always work to your budget. We believe that we offer excellent quality service at reasonable prices.

How can I pay for the work I have done?

We accept cash, cheque and bank transfer payment for all of our services.
